Process Servers

Freedom provides Process Service for law firms and other businesses and individuals that require it. We have had years of experience and we know how and when to serve documents such as Summons and Complaints, Small Claims Filings, Cross-Complaints, Records Subpoenas, Personal Subpoenas, Citations and Petitions, Orders, Out-of-State Requests, Records Research, Records Retrieval. We serve subpoenas in all venues including Federal, State or District Courts.

All requests can be scanned and e-mailed for faster service. Also, Freedom Litigation Support will complete and send out all affidavits of service on any items that need such documents.

How It Works

A process server delivers legal and other court documents to an individual involved in a court case.
